[::]:80; what does that mean?

There are quite a few posts telling me to write down the port twice, but I don't know why I write listen [::]:80;.

        listen       80;
        listen [::]:80; # This part
        ...
}

If all fields in IPv6 are zero, simply omit them and mark them as ::. I think that's it.
